Learn the basics of getting your business registered in New York State. In this webinar, we will cover the forms and fees, instructions, and general guidance on how to choose between several legal structures.

About the Speaker:
Bhavna Punjwani directs the Entrepreneurship Assistance Center, which is a state-funded program offering resources to entrepreneurs in the pre-startup, startup, and growth stages. She is responsible for the program’s business plan training, mentorship assistance, veteran entrepreneur assistance, and technical assistance such as registering businesses and legal setup, applying for licenses and permits, writing business plans, and creating marketing and financial strategies.
