Business Entity Formation

FreeThe Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP), in partnership with the Queens Economic Development Corporation, is hosting a webinar on business entity formation on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022 at 4:00pm. The webinar will focus on the advantages and liabilities of different forms of business structures.
