Commercial Lease Strategies

The goal of this workshop is to help you to prepare for, negotiate and sign a commercial lease. We will cover the importance of pre-planning and due diligence when selecting a location and landlord, legal concepts and terms relevant to commercial leases, online and in-person resources available to you during the leasing process, tips for negotiating and signing a commercial lease.
