New Federal Requirement for Businesses -What To Know To Avoid Penalties

Are you a small business owner? Did you hear about the Corporate Transparency Act? A new requirement might apply to your business. The Corporate Transparency Act became effective on January 1, 2024, for the purpose of making it more difficult for bad actors to conceal their financial activities. This webinar will provide guidance on which companies need to file, supporting documents and timing of the filings, and the process of completing such filings. Companies formed prior to January 1, 2024, will need to complete their submissions by the end of 2024.
