According to Eric Ries, the Author of the Lean Startup, “A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is that version of a new product which allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort.” In other words, an MVP is the smallest thing you can build that delivers customer values and allows you to validate the assumptions of your startup idea. In this workshop, the instructor will provide a step-by-step process and examples for building MVPs and designing structured experiments. This workshop is designed to help you find the right balance between what your business is offering to users, and what users actually need.
