Jay Coldren has more than 25 years of experience in restaurant design, development and operations. His background includes experience in small mom and pop operations to executive positions with Dean & Deluca, EDITION Hotels and leadership roles in properties such as The Public Hotel (NYC), The Inn at Loretto and The Claremont Resort and Spa. Mr. Coldren has also worked as an independent restaurateur, co-owning and operating restaurants in Santa Fe, NM, Baltimore MD, and Washington, DC. He is using his wealth of hands-on` restaurant experience to help restaurants struggling in the wake of the global pandemic.
