Winnie Lee is the CEO of ATX Solution and an enrolled agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service. She serves clients worldwide, some of them are HNWI with very specific tax needs. Winnie has ten years’ experience managing a tax office, which prepares business and individual tax returns for U.S. and international clients. To best advise her customers, she is always up to date regarding the changing tax laws. Her tax planning strategies combine business and individual tax knowledge to help clients to achieve the best possible outcome allowed by the tax law. Her specialties are: individual and businesses tax, U.S. citizens with foreign income, foreign business asset reporting and tax returns for foreigners earning income in the U.S. She can cover tax returns for all 50 states.

Robert H. Moses worked as a CPA for 35 years, finishing his career as head of corporate taxes at Sony Corporation, specializing in domestic and international tax planning, with an expertise in using laws to reduce financing costs. He was also heavily involved in efforts to affect tax legislation, particularly in the areas of unitary tax and sales tax.
Mr. Moses started his career at Price Waterhouse and, subsequently headed tax departments in the oil and gas area and in the entertainment industry, most notably at Columbia Pictures.
As a SCORE counselor, he has specialized in writing business plans and obtaining financing for small businesses, both start-ups and already active operations. He has also given seminars in the areas of accounting and finance for SCORE and for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
Mr. Moses holds a BS degree from Union College and an MBA from Baruch College.
