ScaleSmart

ScaleSmart is our newest offering of the Entrepreneurship Assistance Center. This 7-week program follows our hallmark introductory business training program, allowing past graduates and existing business owners to level up their business growth in 2025.

By diving deeper into your marketing strategy and funnel, finances and automation options, this program will enable you to streamline your operations so that you can meet your sales and business goals for 2025 faster. Students who have taken our introductory training program or entrepreneurs who have been in business with active sales for at least six months will benefit the most as it will strengthen your new foundations. 

This course is broken down into three sections 

  1. Marketing for Growth – In this section, you will get a chance to review your current marketing efforts and analyze its effectiveness. You will learn how to think with a growth mindset and be intentional about marketing ROIs. 
  2. AI Automation – In this section, you will learn different use cases for AI tools that are easily integrated into your business. 
  3. Finances – In this section, you will learn how to analyze your current finances, create a financial plan and budget to maximize your bottom line. You will also learn financial models to decide on the best price point for your brand.

Dates: Monday, February 24 through Tuesday, April 8 

Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed. 6-9pm. 

Cost: The class requires a refundable deposit of $199. As long as you complete the following, you will be receive the $199 back with your graduation certificate:

  • You complete all mandatory work assignments
  • You submit a business plan and pitch deck with presentation at the end
  • You attend 80% (or 16/20 classes) live. Watching recordings will not count

Application Process:

  • Fill out the application. (This should take approximately 25 minutes)
  • Wait for someone to schedule a phone interview with you.
  • Ace the interview! Don’t worry, this is not something to fret. We want to get to know you a bit better and make sure that we are the right fit for each other.
  • Pay the fee. A payment link will be sent to you. Payment must be received by Friday, February 21, 2025. If you cannot make the payment on time, please email bpunjwani@queensny.org for financing options.
  • Read your emails. Make sure you are receiving emails from us because we will be sending information on next steps and logistics.
  • Come to class – virtually, of course! Make sure you are hydrated and that you are able to spend the next three hours distraction-free and focused on crushing your business goals.
