Sunny Hendre is one of two market managers at Corona Plaza in Queens. He is responsible for making sure Corona Plaza is a vibrant, clean, and community-friendly area for businesses and families. Some of his roles include enforcing rules of the Plaza, coordination between different regulatory agencies, planning events to engage the community, and liaising between the brick-and-mortar businesses and the street vendors.

Sunny is a native of Jackson Heights and is super passionate about the intersections of language, music, economics, history, and urban space as it relates to Queens and to New York City.
